Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your US Logist account and personal data.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile information, trip history, chat messages, financial records, and all uploaded photos.

What will be deleted

Your profile information (name, phone, photo)
Truck details and configuration
Trip history and route data
All uploaded photos (BOL, POD, cargo)
Chat messages and communication history
Location history and GPS data
Bid history and load interactions

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Financial transaction records (as required by tax and accounting regulations)
Records required for legal compliance or active legal proceedings

How to delete your account

In the App (Recommended)

Open the US Logist app → Go to Settings → Scroll down and tap Delete Account → Confirm your identity → Confirm deletion.

Via Email

Send an email to development@easywheelsinc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the phone number and full name associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Deletion timeline

Immediately: Your account is deactivated. You will be logged out and unable to sign back in.
Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems.
Within 90 days: All data is removed from backup systems.

Before you delete

  • Make sure you have no active trips. Complete or cancel any in-progress deliveries before requesting deletion.
  • Ensure any outstanding payments have been settled. Check your available and blocked balances in the Accounting section.
  • If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account from scratch. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
